EMERGENCY ADVANTAGE℠ is available to all School Districts insured by the Florida School Board Insurance Trust (FSBIT) in a coordinated effort to respond to damages to scheduled property under the direction of the affected Member & Insurance. There is no additional cost for Members to take advantage of the program.
As the Recovery Manager for the FSBIT EMERGENCY ADVANTAGE℠ Program, SynergyNDS partners with all involved stakeholders as an extension of the team to ensure timely response and recovery to school property/assets during an insured loss. SynergyNDS provides comprehensive 24/7 Disaster Planning, Response and Recovery Services through a combination of self-performance capabilities, pre-identified FSBIT Member resources and our certified Managed Vendor Program (MVP).
Utilizing EMERGENCY ADVANTAGE℠, Districts have the choice on what vendors and suppliers are used as necessary to respond to a Loss. Districtwide resources play a valuable role in the EMERGENCY ADVANTAGE℠ Program as they bring forward trusted relationships, proven quality of service and overall familiarity with the affected property. SynergyNDS works with individual FSBIT Members to identify those critical services partners, as well as other viable statewide entities, as necessary to obtain current licensing and trade certifications through the Managed Vendor Program (MVP).
From Emergency Services, Reconstruction & FEMA Public Assistance, FSBIT Members can take confidence with EMERGENCY ADVANTAGE℠ knowing that a cooperative approach is there to support the Claim Process, Damage Assessment, Vendor Procurement and overall Recovery Management.
